Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spacious, beyond my expectations. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my daughter felt cared for when she was sick. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to the convention center and surrounding Prairie District. However, the dining options left something to be desired and the adjacent hospitality suite disturbed my sleep on the first night.
The hotel offers stunning views over Lake Michigan and the south side of Chicago, with clean and well-maintained rooms. While lacking complimentary bottled water and some noise transfer from neighboring rooms, the overall experience was comfortable.
Staying at the Hyatt McCormick Place was a great experience overall. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet, and the lobby is well furnished. The location is convenient, close to many places like restaurants and malls, with the added bonus of a huge conference room for events. However, the dining experience left much to be desired.
